TOPIC: Innovating Business Strategies in Changing Markets

"We have entered into a challenging and very different era in our industry, while many are just now beginning to understand that the future will look different than the past for both operators and suppliers in the industry, we all have much to learn along the way in order to improve. It is unlikely oil prices will eclipse $60 in the near future and while some suppliers with strategies of waiting for upcycles to increase rates for products and or services begin to fade away, other more innovative and flexible suppliers will begin to thrive even as prices remain lower for longer. We will discuss how innovators are finding creative ways to excel in these changing times and what dangers await those who won't or can't."
